Summary
Kaitlyn worked on creating a program evaluation process for two separate projects with Variety - the Children’s Charity — Variety’s Mobility and Compassion Fund programs. Variety’s Mobility program provides specialized bikes to children with disabilities and to underprivileged children who may not be able to afford one. The Compassion Fund program supports children and their families who are financially struggling while their child is hospitalized. For both projects, Kaitlyn developed a way to evaluate these programs and leverage gathered feedback data to give sponsors updates, show donors the importance of these programs and garner more financial support.
