Overview

• Visited each of BGCCI’s club sites to observe their practices and culture

• Reviewed and analyzed the past few years of National Youth Outcomes Initiative data

• Met with leadership teams at each club site to connect the evaluation plan with their position

• Hosted two youth focus groups to gather more feedback on the NYOI measures

• Created an interactive dashboard to display NYOI data for each site and BGCCI overall

• Built template for site leadership staff to set annual objectives and detailed evaluation plans

• Wrote an evaluation plan that outlines the intetion and use of the above tools
