SUMMARY
Kim worked as a Curriculum Development Fellow fellow with Fiver Children's Foundation. Fiver provides experiences that challenge and build relationships that nurture so that youth from systemically under-resourced communities in New York can create positive futures. There, Kim provided a unique perspective on curriculum and programming that would benefit Fiver’s summer overnight camp.

Researched and developed plans for events based on prior programing and participant interests.

Evaluation Plan (short survey so staff can evaluate the success of the events; including a question about how the theme day highlighted Fiver's equity principles)
IMPACT
Kim’s programs will benefit about 388 children, ages 8- 18 during Fivers overnight camp. Her outlines will also give camp leaders clear guidelines for programming ahead of executing them for students.
