Sofia worked as an Administrative Data Fellow with Today’s Students Tomorrow’s Teachers (TSTT), an organization dedicated to recruiting, mentoring, and training culturally diverse and economically challenged students from high school through college to become effective teachers and community leaders. Sofia provided critical administrative, research, and program coordination support at TSTT's headquarters, ensuring smooth program operations and strategic growth.
