SUMMARY
Kimberly worked as a Student and Family Engagement Fellow with South Bronx United (SBU). There, Kimberly contributed to SBU’s mission of educational equity for students in the South Bronx by supporting the planning and facilitation of student engagement initiatives within the Summer Soccer Scholars program, such as the organization of the Color Cup event. Additionally, Kimberly supported summer and fall family outreach engagement efforts to strengthen their connection to SBU, by increasing their knowledge of and access to SBU support.

IMPACT
Kimberly's work with SBU directly impacted 190 youth, ages 6-17 years old.
