We believe that diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) are core to our Future Leaders in Action’s mission, which is why we are committed to paying fellows a living wage and ensuring that diverse lived experiences—especially those from traditionally marginalized background including people who identify as low-income, first-generation college students, Black, Latino/a/x, Asian, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent and/or disabled—are represented in our fellowship programs and throughout our organization.
